At the International Import-Export Institute we use Firstclass. What is Firstclass you ask?

To download the classroom software client read below:

Before you download the client software, DISABLE (turn-off) your Virus Scanning and Firewall software. After you have loaded the client software you can turn them back on. In Windows, right click the virus icon at the lower right hand side of your screen. Then click disable.
