The Export Control Manager will perform duties associated with International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) including: interfacing with SRCTec and SRC program managers, engineers & purchasing/contracts representatives; interfacing & coordinating contract specific matters with SRC, SRCTec and U.S. Government representatives; assisting in the development & implementation of ITAR compliance training; documenting & maintaining records relative to exemptions, license & TAA submittals; interpreting and providing guidance/recommendations relative to ITAR compliance; and developing policies/procedures and ensuring compliance.

In this role, you will also support the contracts administration function from RFP inception through internal reviews & approvals, proposal support, negotiations, definitization, certification, administration, and closeout. You will be expected to establish an Export Management Systems through the development and execution of Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements, Licenses, and Commissioned Sales Agent agreements.

Requirements:

We seek a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience with ITAR, application of D-Trade, and knowledge of export management principals. A current role performing duties associated with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), preparation and filing of TAA's, DSP-73's and DSP-5's ideal. Knowledge of contract law, intellectual property, general business principles and familiarity with INCOTERMS 2000 ideal. Familiarity with international banking to support issuance of Letters of Credit, Bid bonds, and other related guarantees for international sale of SRCTec goods preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the following: effective communication skills; the ability to apply knowledge in a practical manner; a pro-active attitude; the ability to establish credibility internally and externally; strong organization skills; and attention to detail. Experience with a US Government, DOD and/or International contracts preferred.
