Overview of Export Compliance Program

This comprehensive certification program was developed with the support of government and industry experts, including the Certification Board of Governors, to specifically meet the industry demand for up-to-date, highly qualified personnel serving in the role of empowered official as an Export Compliance Officer. Read what people say about the courses.

With the ever increasing convergence of government security administration under the Bureau of Industry and Security, and the resulting over-lapping management of government controls to insure our nation’s security, it is of utmost importance that individuals who qualify for this professional designation be proficient in both Commerce and State Department’s export regulations, including: the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations - 22 C.F.R. 120 - 130) and the EAR (Export Administration Regulations - 15 C.F.R. 730-774) and other applicable government bodies’ regulations. The courses in this program meet this requirement and are constantly updated to reflect the latest changes in government regulations and regulatory enforcement. See listing of companies whose employees have participated in courses leading to this certification.

Individuals who achieve this level of professional development usually serve at a high level in their organization, or are aspiring to attain a higher level position, overseeing the regulatory compliance of goods and services that must meet these critical government regulations.
